In order to pay tribute to the prestige, seniority and trajectory of Lebanese gastronomy, the School of Administration of Institutions (ESDAI) of the Pan-American University, carried out the annual food 2016 "Manjares de Líbano. The event was held in the Lebanese center, where guests who enjoyed a four-course meal by the Academy of Gastronomy arrived near 300; Each dish was individually rated around its color, taste, texture, temperature and presentation.
A total of 103 female students participated and among the synods were chefs, Daniel Ovadía and Salvador Orozco, Montserrat Barros, founder and director of Hospitality & Butler in Mexico, and Fernando del Moral, General Director of Hacienda de los Morales.
