People are visiting Mexico because they love this country and love their people, obviously they have tourist centers, with beaches, so they have the stage ready, now what we need is to be able to offer the best service in the whole planet, and now who can do this? Accompanied by the Secretary of Tourism, Rosalinda Elizabeth Benítez González, and the Undersecretary of Higher and Higher Media Education, Alfredo Martínez González, Gary Williams told the students from Mexico that the three premises under which they must work result in good tourism services. , anticipate the client's requests and take care of the details that generate satisfaction to the visitors.

He indicated that the main strengths that Mexicans have are that they are friendly and have a desire to serve and serve their visitors, and now it is time to work in the hospitality industry to make the hotels in Mexico are always full .

For its part, the Secretary of Tourism stressed the importance of offering a good hospitality service to tourists visiting the State of Mexico and other regions of the country, especially now that Mexico is the ninth most visited nation in the world, besides that the tourism sector contributes the 8.5 of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

He also indicated that tourism represents 10 percent of the world's Gross Domestic Product, and in 2015 thousand 184 millions of people traveled the world.

The British Butler Institute offers training to provide luxury service in 14 countries, in branches such as hotels, sales of articles, railroads, residences, universities.
