The Changing People s Lives foundation is born thanks to the sum of efforts

A few days ago, the birth of the Changing People's Lives Foundation was announced, which arises in Mexico thanks to the efforts of The British Butler Institute, Hospitality and Butler and the School of Administration of Institutions ESDAI of the Universidad Panamericana.

One of the main objectives of Changing People s Lives is to change the lives of low-income people interested in working in the hospitality industry at the technical level.

The event was attended by Dr. Nancy Rosado, director of ESDAI; Gary Williams, Principal The British Butler Institute, and Montserrat Barros, founder of Hospitality and Butler.

Dr. Nancy Rosado said during her participation that "we are interested in training at the highest level of service to people, to raise standards of operation in the tourism, hospitality and hospitality in our country."

"With this training, low income people who work in the hospitality industry, may have the opportunity to access better jobs and better salaries," he said.

For his part, Gary Williams stressed the importance of training specialized personnel in the hospitality industry in Mexico, since the national tourism sector requires investment in trained men and women.

In turn, Montserrat Barros expressed that "it is a great opportunity to share with our assistants the passion for service and the care of the details to be able to reach the needs of the most sophisticated clients".

For us "to be part of this project, in which tools are provided to improve the work opportunities of the assistants through conducting training in the field of hospitality with the highest world standards and without cost, is our bit that without Doubt will contribute to changing their lives, "he added.

In the framework of the work of the foundation, 80 received certification in hospitality and luxury service from young people belonging to technical schools in the states of Mexico, Jalisco, Tlaxcala and Coahuila. His selection started from the best averages of his generation to attend this certification for free.

The topics reviewed to obtain it were: Hospitality at the highest level; Luxury service; Service attitude; Physical presence and non-verbal language; Anticipation, consistency and care of small details.
