Hospitality & Butler participates in the creation of the Changing People's Lives Foundation

Changing the lives of people in cases where resources are interested in working in the hospitality industry at the technical level is the goal of the Changing People Lives Changing Life Foundation that was born in Mexico with the cooperation between The British Butler Institute Hospitality and Butler and the School of Administration of ESDAI Institutions of the Universidad Panamericana.

Nancy Rosado, director of ESDAI, Gary Williams, principal of The British Butler Institute, and Montserrat Barros, founder of Hospitality and Butler, were present at the launch.

Nancy Rosado indicated We are interested in training in the highest level of service to people to raise the standards of operation in the tourism and hospitality areas in our country.

"With this training, the low-income people who work in the hospitality industry will have the opportunity to access better jobs and salaries," he said.

Gary Williams stressed the importance of training specialized personnel in the hospitality industry in Mexico since the national tourism sector requires investment in trained people.

Montserrat Barros expressed that it is a great opportunity to share with our assistants the passion for service and the care of the details to be able to reach the needs of the most sophisticated clients.

"For us to be part of this project that provides tools to improve job opportunities through the realization of training in hospitality with the highest global standards and without cost is our bit that will undoubtedly help change their lives emphasized.

Within the framework of the work of the foundation, the hospitality and luxury service certification of young 80 belonging to technical schools of four states of Jalisco State, Tlaxcala and Coahuila was carried out.

The UP also announced that the winner of first place Hult Prize in its second edition was Akali and its proposal of autonomous water filtering systems for marginalized societies. The team is composed of Karla Rico Sariflana, Elias Rivas Fernandez, Alejandro Méndez Fournier and Mariana Arce

The second place went to Bright Energy and the third to 3MG.
