The Director of the British Butler Institute worldwide, and the founder of Hospitality & Butler, have dedicated their lives to training in hospitality and stewardship service.
Gary Williams studied in the Ivor Spencer International School for Administration of Stewardship in Dulwich, London. He has been the Chief Steward of hotels such as the Ritz Carlton of the same city, and of the most prominent families around the world. As if that were not enough, he founded Quintessentially Butlers, a leading concierge company worldwide. Thanks to his long and very professional career, he was entrusted by the British Butler Institute, the only school of stewardship in the world, to be the director of the Institute.
Montserrat Barros is also passionate about service, and this led her to study in countries around the world with the goal of bringing to Mexico the best techniques in hospitality and stewardship. He founded Hospitality and Butler, a representative company of the British Butler Institute in Mexico, to help refine the techniques in the service through training, consultancies and consultancies. Together, these two industry leaders have done an incredible job training the staff of the most luxurious hotels around the world, as they claim that "service is a global language".
Gary told us that what he likes best about his job is that it can change the lives of people who train (traveling around the world and staying at the best hotels are only part of the job).
